1. Acceptance of Terms

By using UGAN ART products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. License

UGAN ART grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. Each license is locked to one device at a time. Device transfers are allowed once every 30 days.

3. Payment

All payments are processed through Mayar. Prices are listed in IDR and USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell UGAN ART software. Abuse of the license system (e.g. HWID spoofing, key sharing) will result in immediate termination.
